本实验采用硅胶干燥法对大叶白麻种子进行超干保存,将种子含水量降至5%以下,能显著提高抗老化能力。在同等老化处理条件下,对照种子发芽率和活力指数已大幅下降,而超干种子的发芽率和活力指数所受影响很小。对超干种子的电导率、脱氢酶活性的研究结果表明,含水量为3.37%的超干种子细胞膜系统的完整性良好。回湿处理是保证超干种子活力的关键因素,采用室内回湿24h+饱和水蒸气回湿24h可以显著提高大叶白麻超干种子的活力。研究结果表明,利用超干技术保存大叶白麻种子是可行的。
In this experiment, the silica gel drying method for ultra-dry storage of large leaves of white hemp seeds, the water content of seeds reduced to 5% or less, can significantly improve the anti-aging ability. Under the same aging treatment conditions, the germination rate and vigor index of the control seeds have dropped significantly, but the germination rate and vigor index of the ultra-dried seeds have little effect. The results of the conductivity and dehydrogenase activity of ultra-dried seeds showed that the integrity of the ultra-dried seed cell membrane system with water content of 3.37% was good. Back-wet treatment is to ensure the vitality of ultra-dry seeds, a key factor, the use of indoor backwash 24h + saturated steam back to wet 24h can significantly increase the vigor of the big leaf Baima ultra-dry seeds. The results show that the use of ultra-dry technology to save the leaves of white hemp seed is feasible.
