利用ANSYS Work Bench动态分析模块模拟喷丸强化过程,建立简化喷丸强化数值模型,通过模拟喷丸工艺参数改变对强化效果的影响,考察喷丸在不同表面形态时对表面残余应力的影响,便于进一步估测这一典型表面加工工艺对疲劳性能的影响。
By using the ANSYS Work Bench dynamic analysis module to simulate the peening process, a simplified peening numerical model is established. By simulating the influence of peening process parameters on the strengthening effect, the effects of peening on the surface residual stress under different surface morphologies are investigated. Further estimate the impact of this typical surface finish on fatigue properties.
