随着国际化的发展步伐,“地球村”的理念已经走进了世界各国人民的心里,各国生活方式的交融让人们的生活丰富多彩。西餐以多种多样的姿态出现,并得到相当一部分消费群的追捧,表现出十分活跃的生命力。萨拉米香肠作为一种世界著名的意大利美食产品,在中国的西餐行业中也遍地生花。萨拉米香肠的用料主要精选不同部位的猪肉,肥瘦搭配比例大约是4:10。过多的脂肪让多数人望而怯步,端着味美鲜香的美食“忍痛不已”。正是海藻酸钠脂肪替代品的出现,为大家挑剔的“舌尖”排除了这一顾虑。
