目的:对蜂海绵Haliclona sp.的化学成分进行研究。方法:利用硅胶、凝胶柱色谱及薄层制备色谱等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化常数及现代波谱技术鉴定其结构。结果:从蜂海绵Haliclona sp.中分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为:吲哚-3-乙醇[2-(1H-indol-3-yl)ethanol,1]、吲哚-3-乙胺[(1H-indol-3-yl)ethan-amine,2]、β-苯乙胺(2-phenylethanamine,3)、正十三烷(tridecane,4)、胆甾-3-羟基-5-烯-7-酮(5-cholesten-3β-ol-7-one,5)。结论:以上5个化合物均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Haliclona sp. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel, gel column chromatography and preparative thin layer chromatography. Their structures were identified by physicochemical constants and modern spectroscopic techniques. Results: Five compounds were isolated from the honey sponge Haliclona sp. They were identified as indole-3-ethanolamine (1-indol-3-yl) ethanolamine 2-phenylethanamine (3), tridecane (4), cholesta-3-hydroxy-5-ene- 7-keto (5-cholesten-3β-ol-7-one, 5). Conclusion: The above five compounds were isolated from this genus for the first time.
