目的 探讨招飞体检中肝脏功能检测的项目和方法的价值,为修订体检标准提供依据。方法 应招青年441人,同份标本分别以赖氏终点法和速率法检测谷丙转氨酶,并进行血清总胆红素和血清蛋白(总蛋白T和清蛋白A)定量测定。结果 赖氏终点法和速率法检测所得谷丙转氨酶总体值比较,差异有显著性意义,符合率为90.93%。30赖氏单位以下组两种方法比较差异无显著性意义,符合率为90.52%。赖氏终点法和速率法30赖氏单位(或U/L)以上各组两种方法比较差异均有显著性意义,符合率为51.28%。血清总胆红素定量测定,个别人升高较明显。血清蛋白定量测定均在正常范围内。结论 两种方法测定谷丙转氨酶差异有显著性意义。招飞体检应采用敏感性强的速率法替代赖氏终点法,并增加血清总胆红素和蛋白定量测定,以完善肝脏功能检测。
Objective To explore the value of the items and methods of liver function test in the process of flying examination and provide the basis for the revision of the physical examination standards. The method should be recruited 441 young people, the same specimen were detected by Lai’s end point method and the rate of alanine aminotransferase, and serum total bilirubin and serum protein (total protein T and albumin A) quantitative determination. Results The total value of alanine aminotransferase (ALT) measured by LEARNING end point method and rate method was significantly different, the coincidence rate was 90.93%. There was no significant difference between the two groups in the following groups of 30 units of Lai, with a coincidence rate of 90.52%. Lai’s end point method and the rate of 30 units of Lai (or U / L) above the two groups were significantly different between the two methods, the coincidence rate was 51.28%. Serum total bilirubin quantitative determination, some individuals increased significantly. Quantitative determination of serum protein in the normal range. Conclusion The two methods for the determination of alanine aminotransferase difference was significant. Surgery should be used to fly the sensitive rate method instead of Lai’s end point method, and increase serum total bilirubin and protein quantitative determination, in order to improve liver function tests.
