生长激素(GH)对免疫系统具有调节作用,但对T细胞功能的影响尚不清楚。CD_2为T淋巴细胞表面具有重要免疫功能的分子。本实验通过测定GH分泌过多患者外周血T细胞CD_2mRNA的表达,研究GH对T细胞功能的影响. 选择GH分泌过多患者(人GH口服葡萄糖抑制实验显示血清GH谷值>5.0μg/L)12例,其中男2例,女10例;年龄23~60岁(36.6±12.1,x±s,下同)。随机选择健康成人10名作为对照组,其中男5名,女5名;年龄21~26岁(24.4±2.2)。均于晨8时许空腹取外周血6ml.按Boyum氏聚蔗糖—
