Dynamic reservoir monitoring plays an important role in the development of oilfields. It is the basis of oilfield stimulation and tapping potential. This paper first clarifies the necessity of strengthening reservoir monitoring and the main technical problems. Afterwards, the specific application of dynamic monitoring technology in reservoir development is described, which shows the importance of this technology in promoting and managing oilfields. Finally, based on the new progress of dynamic monitoring technology, the key points of its technological research and its future development are described. Practical production has a certain significance.
