在分析矿区伤亡事故与非伤亡事故经济损失和社会影响的基础上，探讨了利用经济杠杆作用，加强新建矿区的现代化建设，提高安全管理水平的途径。
Based on the analysis of the economic loss and social impact of casualties and non-casualty accidents in mining areas, the ways of using economic leverage to enhance the modernization of new mining areas and improve the level of safety management are discussed.
