植树节前夕,本刊记者造访了上海市人大常委会城市建设环境保护委员会副主任委员胡运骅同志,请他就上海城市绿化建设自上世纪末快速发展尤其是新世纪初被评为国家园林城市以来,没有固步自封、停滞不前,而是再接再厉、成绩斐然,但城市生态环境与现代化国际大都市的标准相比差距依然存在等问题谈些看法与建议。对此,曾任市园林管理局局长的他感慨系之、思若涌泉,与记者娓娓而谈,总结经验教训,展望美好未来,并着重谈了今后应该坚持和发扬的四个方面……与业内人士和广大市民共勉。
