日本铁路货运公司计划研制最高速度为130km/h的货运电动车组。电动车组将在东京—大阪的1067mm轨距的干线上运营。 该项目设计的目的是为缩短东京一大阪的运行时间,使之达到能与汽车运输形成竞争的水平。
Japan’s rail freight company plans to develop a top-speed freight car fleet of 130km / h. The EMU will operate on a 1067mm gauge from Tokyo-Osaka. The project was designed to shorten the operating hours of Tokyo-Osaka so that it can compete with motor transport.
