针对目前我国省级发电侧且交易方式以购电合同 +市场交易为主的电力市场中的交易算法进行了研究 ,给出了分别为金融和物理两种不同形式购电合同时的排序交易算法以及相应现货价格制定方法的具体实现 ,并对两种交易模式分别存在的问题进行了探讨 ,在此基础上提出了新的交易模式及算法解决方案。最后对几种交易算法各自的优缺点进行了比较 ,认为没有一种交易模式可以圆满地解决电力市场交易中出现的各种问题 ,需要在具体实施中进行一定的平衡选择
Aiming at the power generation market in China’s provincial power generation side and the transaction method to power purchase contract + market transactions based on the transaction algorithm was given, respectively, two different forms of financial and physical purchase order transaction algorithm As well as the concrete realization of the corresponding spot price formulating method, and discusses respectively the problems existing in the two kinds of trading patterns. On this basis, a new trading pattern and algorithm solution are proposed. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages of several trading algorithms are compared. It is concluded that none of the trading patterns can satisfactorily solve the various problems that arise in the electricity market transactions.
