Objective To investigate the changes of blood rheology, blood lipid, fibrinogen and other indicators of diabetic patients by extracting fasting venous blood of patients with diabetes mellitus and normal subjects. Methods A total of 500 diabetic patients treated in Putuo District People’s Hospital of Zhoushan City from May 2013 to May 2014 were selected as the experimental observation group and 80 healthy adults at the same period as the control group Subjects, blood samples were taken from patients with normal venous blood and blood lipid and fibrinogen were measured. The data were analyzed by SPSS 13.0 software, and the differences between the two were compared. Results The average level of Hct in diabetic patients was (0.43 ± 0.15)%, while that in normal subjects was (0.41 ± 0.18)%. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05) Erythrocyte aggregation index were significantly higher than normal (P <0.05). The average Fb content in diabetic patients was (4.57 ± 0.61) g / L, while that in normal subjects was (3.16 ± 0.35) g / L, while that in diabetic patients was significantly higher than that in normal people There were significant differences between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion The blood viscosity, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, erythrocyte electrophoresis time and erythrocyte aggregation index of diabetic patients are significantly increased, the level of blood lipids is increased and the content of fibrinogen is obviously increased. All the physiological indexes have significant changes compared with normal people.
