本实验在温度26±1℃等综合条件下,选用实验室多年驯化饲养的敏感淡色库蚊Ⅲ~Ⅳ龄幼虫,对球形芽孢杆菌C_(3-41)进行抗性选育。在近LC_(50)浓度的选择压力作用下,共选育了18个世代。结果发现,随着选育世代的增加,各世代LC_(50)值呈明显上升趋势,其最大值F_(14)代LC_(50)值为0.1310ppm,较之对照组升高11.9倍;F_(18)代LC_(50)值为0.1172ppm,较之对心组升高10.9倍。结果提示,经选育的淡色库蚊可能存在着对球形芽孢杆菌C_(3-14)的抗性。
Under the conditions of 26 ± 1 ℃, the third and fourth instar larvae of Culex pipiens pallens domesticated in laboratory for many years were selected to carry out the resistance breeding of Bacillus cereus C_ (3-41). Under the selective pressure of near LC 50 concentration, a total of 18 generations were selected. The results showed that with the increase of breeding generations, the values of LC 50 in all generations showed a clear upward trend. The maximum LC 50 value of F 14 generations was 0.1310ppm, which was 11.9 times higher than that of the control group. (18) on behalf of the LC_ (50) value of 0.1172ppm, compared with the heart group increased by 10.9 times. The results suggest that Culex pipiens pallens may be resistant to B. sphaericus C_ (3-14).
