在遗产旅游持续升温的形势下,文化遗产地应当以游客的需求为中心,依据游客消费行为规律和自身的文化优势进行旅游产品的规划开发、旅游商品的设计以及旅游接待设施的配置,并对游客的消费行为进行积极引导。本文以国内外知名世界文化遗产地——曲阜的国内游客为研究对象,从游客的人口学特征、消费活动特征以及旅游消费满意度三个角度来分析文化遗产地游客消费行为所表现出的特征,并提出有针对性的发展建议。
