经济法和行政法的关系问题是法学理论研究中较为复杂的问题之一。经济法与行政法密不可分,二者作为推动市场经济发展的重要法律,应当摒弃传统部门法的“地盘”之争。
The relationship between economic law and administrative law is one of the more complicated issues in the study of legal theory. Economic law and administrative law are inseparable. As the important law to promote the development of market economy, the two should abandon the “site-building” dispute of the traditional sectoral law.
