试验研究以营养酸模进口原种、培育原种、鲁梅克斯K— 1商品代用种及野生巴天酸模组成四个试验处理组 ,探讨了单宁的抗营养作用与涩味形成的机理 ,并通过它们在不同生育期的含量测定和分析发现 ,酸模属植物干物质单宁酸含量呈现余弦函数曲线变化分布规律 ,各期间差异显著 (p <0 .0 1) ,其开花期后的含量均超过 1%以上 ,明显感受到苦涩味 ,影响其适口性、采食性及营养利用价值。除开花期外 ,培育的营养酸模、鲁梅克斯K— 1在各期的干物质单宁含量均在1%以下 ,可作为家畜非常理想的高蛋白饲草加以开发利用。以处理组和不同生育期的双向两因子方差分析证实 ,营养酸模的最佳采收期以在叶簇期和抽茎期之间选择为宜。

A two-way two-way ANOVA analysis of treatment groups and different growth stages confirmed that the best harvest period of nutrient acid mold was the best choice between leaf-setting and stem-filling stages.
