离心机下阻尼器的性能是离心机稳定运行的重要因素,由于转子支承系统非线性问题的存在,因此研究下阻尼器的非线性具有重要意义。文章分析了下阻尼器的结构,建立了下阻尼器的力学模型。根据非线性理论,结合离心机转子运行实验结果,分析了阻尼器的非线性振动。认为下阻尼器在离心机运行时的振动是非线性系统的受迫振动。分析了非线性受迫振动系统与线性系统的区别,总结了非线性受迫振动系统的一些重要特性。对下阻尼器非线性的研究为全面了解下阻尼器的振动特性提供了帮助。
The performance of the damper under centrifuge is an important factor for the stable operation of the centrifuge. Due to the nonlinear problem of the rotor support system, it is of great importance to study the nonlinearity of the damper. The article analyzes the structure of the lower damper and establishes the mechanical model of the lower damper. According to the nonlinear theory, combined with the experimental results of centrifuge rotor operation, the nonlinear vibration of the damper is analyzed. It is considered that the vibration of the lower damper during centrifuge operation is a forced vibration of the nonlinear system. The difference between the nonlinear forced vibration system and the linear system is analyzed and some important characteristics of the nonlinear forced vibration system are summarized. The research on the nonlinearity of the lower damper provides a comprehensive understanding of the vibration characteristics of the lower damper.
