目的:研究不同剂量的碘酸钾和碘化钾对大鼠缺碘性甲状腺肿的治疗效果。方法:应用MIAS-2000型图像分析系统对甲状腺滤泡进行体视学指标的测量。结果:8组比较发现,6个治疗组的甲状腺滤泡平均体积(V)、平均表面积(S)、体积密度(Vv)均明显高于低碘组(LI组)而低于适碘对照组(NI组);数密度(Nv)则明显低于LI组而高于NI组;表面积密度(Sv)与LI组比较无差别而高于NI组;6个治疗组比较发现,50倍碘化钾和50倍碘酸钾组的体积密度与其余4组存在显著性差异。3个不同补碘水平上碘酸钾和碘化钾组间比较无显著性差异。结论:各治疗组均取得了显著的治疗效果,但是仍未能使甲状腺组织形态结构恢复正常状态;补大剂量的碘并不利于甲状腺肿的恢复;碘酸钾和碘化钾对甲状腺肿的治疗效果无明显不同。
Objective: To study the therapeutic effects of different doses of potassium iodate and potassium iodide on iodine deficiency goiter in rats. Methods: The thyroid follicles were measured for stereological parameters with MIAS-2000 image analysis system. Results: The average volume (V), average surface area (S) and bulk density (Vv) of thyroid follicles in 6 treatment groups were significantly higher than those in low iodine group (LI group) and lower than those in iodine control group (NI group). The number density (Nv) was significantly lower than that of LI group and NI group. The surface area density (Sv) was no difference with LI group but higher than that of NI group. Compared with NI group, The bulk density of 50 potassium iodate group was significantly different from the other 4 groups. There were no significant differences between the three potassium iodide levels and the three potassium iodide levels. Conclusion: The treatment group have achieved significant therapeutic effect, but still failed to make the thyroid tissue structure returned to normal; make large doses of iodine is not conducive to the recovery of goiter; potassium iodate and potassium iodide treatment of goiter No significant difference.
