目的探讨聚焦超声与LEEP刀治疗重度宫颈糜烂的临床疗效及不良反应。方法根据患者意愿采用聚焦超声或LEEP刀治疗重度单纯型宫颈糜烂164例,观察疗效及不良反应。结果两组疗效差异无统计学意义,不良反应聚焦超声组明显小于LEEP刀组。结论对于重度单纯型宫颈糜烂的物理治疗,聚焦超声是一种有效的可供临床医生和患者选择的新方法。临床工作中对诊断认真细致,便于指导治疗,在患者充分知晓治疗方法的疗效和不良反应后,结合患者自己的意愿进行治疗方法选择,解除了患者身体疾病,缓解患者心理压力,提高生活质量。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects and adverse reactions of focused ultrasound and LEEP knife in the treatment of severe cervical erosion. Methods According to the patients’ wishes, focused ultrasound or LEEP knife was used to treat 164 cases of severe simple cervical erosion. The curative effect and adverse reactions were observed. Results There was no significant difference in the curative effect between the two groups. The adverse reaction focused ultrasound group was significantly smaller than the LEEP group. Conclusion For physical therapy of severe simple cervical erosion, focused ultrasound is an effective new method for clinicians and patients to choose. Clinical diagnosis of careful and meticulous, easy to guide the treatment, the patient fully aware of the efficacy of the treatment and adverse reactions, combined with the patient’s own wishes for treatment options, relieved the patient’s physical illness, relieve psychological stress and improve quality of life.
