在台湾经济发展过程中,外资起着重要作用,他山之石,可以攻玉。全面介绍评价台湾外资情况,对于大陆改革开放有借鉴意义。外资的内容与特点外资的内涵比较广泛,本文探讨的外资是外人对国内达到控制事业水平的投资,属于狭义的外资概念。它不包括下列三类情况:一、政府和金融机构间长期和短期资金转移;二、外人购买本国公司债券;三、外人购买达不到控股比例的普通股的证券投资。控股外资与不控股投资有本质区别。
In the process of Taiwan’s economic development, foreign investment plays an important role. Rocks of other hills can attack jade. A comprehensive introduction and assessment of the situation of Taiwan’s foreign capital are of reference significance to the mainland’s reform and opening up. The Content and Features of Foreign Capital The connotation of foreign capital is relatively extensive. The foreign capital explored in this paper is the foreign investment in controlling the enterprise level in China, which belongs to the narrow concept of foreign investment. It does not include the following three types of situations: First, long-term and short-term capital transfers between government and financial institutions; Second, outsiders purchase domestic corporate bonds; Third, outsiders purchase securities investment of ordinary shares less than the holding ratio. There is an essential difference between controlling foreign investment and non-controlling investment.
