玉米赤霉烯酮浸种(24 h)提高了玉米幼苗的抗寒性。在低温处理中,玉米赤霉烯酮浸种使玉米幼苗叶片的相对电导值较低,超氧化物歧化酶活性较高,游离脯氨酸含量升高,可溶蛋白含量较稳定。0.1 mg/L 浸种所产生的抗逆效果均优于0.01 mg/L。
Seed soaking with zearalenone (24 h) increased the cold resistance of maize seedlings. In low temperature treatment, soaking seeds with zearalenone led to lower relative conductance, higher superoxide dismutase activity, higher free proline content and more stable soluble protein content in maize seedling leaves. The antibacterial effect of 0.1 mg / L soaking was better than 0.01 mg / L.
