应用高效液相色谱法鉴别七种冬青属中草药：岗梅Ｉｌｅｘａｒｐｒｅｌａ、鼠李叶冬青Ｉ．ａｃｕｌｅｏｌａｔａ、毛冬青Ｉ．ｐｕｂｅｓｃｅｎｓ、亮叶冬青Ｉ．ｖｉｒｉｄｉｓ、铁冬青Ｉ．ｒｏｔｕｎｄａ、冬青Ｉ．ｃｈｉｎｅｎｓｉｓ和枸骨Ｉ．ｃｏｒｎｕｔａ。色谱分离条件：ＨＳ－Ｃ１８色谱柱（５μｍ，２５ｃｍ×４．６ｍｍＩＤ）；溶剂系统Ａ：５×１０－３ＮａＨ２ＰＯ４－Ｈ３ＰＯ４缓冲溶液（ｐＨ＝３），Ｂ：ＣＨ３ＣＮ－Ｈ２Ｏ（５０∶５０）；线性梯度洗脱程序：起始泵Ｂ为２０％，４０分钟内线性递增至９０％，维持２０分钟，１０分钟内回复泵Ｂ为２０％；检测波长：３００ｎｍ，所有被检测的色谱峰均从２００ｎｍ至３５０ｎｍ做快速扫描光谱和数据处理。结果表明，上述七种冬青属中草药经正己烷和氯仿脱脂后的甲醇提取液的高效液相色谱图在种间存在着明显的差异，主要表现在主成分的保留时间、相对峰面积和主要色谱峰的紫外光谱特征；除枸骨根和鼠李叶冬青茎外，多数种在ｔＲ９．９１～１０．９７范围内均有较强的色谱峰。而同一种内，上述参数在根、茎和叶间又有明显的不同。此外，多数种的主要色谱峰的紫外吸收光谱也相似，最大吸收波长均在３０６ｎｍ～３２２ｎｍ；而亮叶冬青根、冬青?
Identification of Seven Chinese Herbs of the Genus Ilex by High Performance Liquid Chromatography: Radix Ilexarprela, Ratoon Leaf Ilex, I. Aculeolata, Mao Dongqing I. Pubescens, brightleaf holly I. The results showed that there were significant differences in the HPLC chromatograms of the methanol extracts of the seven genus of Chinese holly herbs from n-hexane and chloroform, which were mainly reflected in the retention time, relative peak area, and main chromatogram of the main components. The characteristics of the UV spectra of the peaks; in addition to stems of the sacrum and leaves of the leaves of P. lobelia, most species have strong peaks in the range of tR9.91 to 10.97.
