阐述了有限变形弹塑性有限元基本原理并给出有限元列式。基于ANSYS软件平台,对壁板型材挤压过程进行了三维有限元模拟和分析,获得了型材挤压过程的位移场、应变场、应力场。对实际型材挤压中工艺参数选择和模具结构尺寸的修正起到了重要指导作用。
The basic principle of finite deformation elasto-plastic finite element is expounded and the finite element method is given. Based on the ANSYS software platform, the three-dimensional finite element simulation and analysis of the wallboard profile extrusion process were carried out. The displacement, strain and stress fields of the profile extrusion process were obtained. The actual profile extrusion process parameters and mold structure size correction played an important guiding role.
