采用姐妹染色单体互换(SCE) 作为遗传物质损伤的观察指标,观察30 例健康男性吸烟者的遗传物质损伤情况。结果表明,吸烟者的SCE 明显高于非吸烟者,且烟龄增长和吸烟数量增加与SCE 频率呈正相关关系,表明吸烟是诱发人体遗传物质损伤的主要因素之一
Sister chromatid exchange (SCE) was used as an indicator of genetic damage, and genetic damage was observed in 30 healthy male smokers. The results showed that the SCE of smokers was significantly higher than that of non-smokers, and the increase of smoking age and the number of smoking were positively correlated with the frequency of SCE, indicating that smoking is one of the main factors that induce the damage of genetic material
