目的:探讨对上尿路结石并巨大肾积水患者进行保肾的治疗方法以及治疗效果。方法:选取我院在2012年1月-2013年2月收治的41例上尿路结石并巨大肾积水患者进行相关的手术取出肾结石并进行肾折叠术,术后对患者的治疗效果进行观察分析。结果:经过治疗后,41例患者中有29例患者治疗显效,9例患者治疗有效,3例患者治疗无效,治疗有效率为92.7%。结论:对患者取出结石后给予相应的整形术,并将肾积水引流出来,可以促进患者肾功能的恢复,减轻患者的病痛。
Objective: To explore the treatment of upper urinary tract stones and patients with hydronephrosis and the therapeutic effect. Methods: Forty-one patients with upper urinary tract calculi and giant hydronephrosis admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to February 2013 were selected for renal nephrolithiasis surgery and renal fold surgery. The therapeutic effect of the patients was performed after operation Observation and analysis. Results: After treatment, 29 of 41 patients were treated effectively, 9 patients were effective, 3 patients were ineffective, and the effective rate was 92.7%. Conclusion: The patients were given appropriate plastic surgery stones, and drainage of hydronephrosis, can promote the recovery of patients with renal function, reduce patient pain.
