对加入少量锰、铝,镍和镧元素的铜锌记忆合金进行淬火,研究淬火温度对合金组织与性能的影响。结果表明:铜锌合金在不同温度淬火后,组织都由板条马氏体组成。随着淬火温度提高,板条马氏体逐渐平直,尺寸增大。铜锌合金的相变温度随着淬火温度的升高先下降后上升最后基本保持不变。随着淬火温度的上升,合金电阻率先降低后上升。
The addition of a small amount of manganese, aluminum, nickel and lanthanum elements of copper and zinc memory alloy quenching, quenching temperature on the microstructure and properties. The results show that the microstructure of the copper-zinc alloy is composed of lath martensite after quenching at different temperatures. With the quenching temperature increases, lath martensitic gradually flattened, the size increases. The phase transition temperature of copper-zinc alloy first decreases and then increases with the increase of quenching temperature and finally remains unchanged. With the increase of quenching temperature, the resistivity of alloy decreases first and then increases.
