多刺裸腹蚤,是一种淡水枝角类,其食性主要是细菌、有机碎屑和单胞藻等。本试验利用小球藻、Banta培养液、苜蓿发酵液和酵母4种饵料,在25±1°C下.研究对多刺裸腹蚤增殖的影响。试验结果表明Banta培养液培养多刺裸腹蚤具有最高的Ym值（1.19/日）,是最好的饵料,其余3种饵料次之.小球藻培养多刺裸腹蚤虽没有高Ym值,但其生殖量稳定,仍不失为一种好饵料。
