随着农业产业化的不断深入发展,乡村旅游应运而生,并且获得了较快的发展,乡村旅游的发展对农民的生活产生了积极的影响,并且进一步推动新农村建设,同时乡村旅游也能够满足城市居民享受乡村生活的需求。乡村旅游现今处于初步发展阶段,其发展在规模、成就等方面还是远远落后于城市旅游和老景区(点)的发展水平。目前,乡村旅游发展过程中存在着许多的问题都在一定程度上制约着乡村旅游的发展和进步,其中核心的问题就是乡村旅游人才教育、培养问题的忽视导致的乡村旅游人才的匮乏问题。
