我厂生产的WL 601轮胎式及 W 602履带式挖掘机,当带正铲工作装近进行挖掘时,常发现推压链条的销轴断裂,并在断裂后的销轴表面上有较明显的压溃与磨损。如在正铲挖掘机进行工业试验的短短三个月内,推压链条销轴的断裂就达四次之多,不仅影响了整台机器的工作可靠性,且在一定程度上降低了挖掘机的生产率。推压链条(沈阳建平链条厂707型)的结构如图1所示。其销轴为阶梯形,在断面尺寸变化处(A—A 断面)的圆角半径极小(r=0.15毫米),因而按[3]求出 A-A 断面在剪切时的有效应力集中系数竟高达 K_τ=1.748。
