随着竞技体育的快速发展,跆拳道运动在中国二十年内发展迅速。辽宁省是竞技体育强省,应在今后跆拳道比赛中为争金夺银贡献一份力量。目前,辽宁省跆拳道竞技水平虽取得了骄人的成绩,但与跆拳道发展较好的省相比还存在着以一些差距。文章采用文献资料、调查问卷、访谈、数理统计等研究方法对辽宁省市跆拳道队管理现状进行调查,得出辽宁省市跆拳道队竞赛开展、裁判员执裁、人员队伍的工资待遇等管理方面的情况,通过管理现状了解,为完善辽宁省市跆拳道队管理制度提供理论依据。
With the rapid development of competitive sports, Taekwondo has developed rapidly in China in 20 years. Liaoning Province is a strong province of competitive sports and should contribute to fighting for gold and winning silver in future Taekwondo competitions. At present, although the competitive level of Taekwondo in Liaoning province has achieved remarkable results, there are still some gaps compared with the well-developed provinces of Taekwondo. This paper investigates the status quo of Taekwondo team management in Liaoning Province through literature, questionnaires, interviews, mathematical statistics and other research methods, and draws conclusions about the management of Liaoning Taekwondo team competition, referee arbitration and salary of staff Situation, through the management of the status quo know, in order to improve Liaoning province Taekwondo team management system provides a theoretical basis.
