近几年来,我馆每年都要接待咨询数十起,甚至数百起。从这些咨询来看,内容广泛,它涉及到科学、历史、文化、经济、政治等各个领域。特别是在编史修志工作中,更多的人咨询档案内容,相互矛盾,应如何处理,等等,问题很多,不胜枚举。对以上这些问题,我们一般都做了满意的答复。为了把这一工作做好,我认为,馆内应确定专人负责,或由馆内人员轮流担任此项工作,以促进相互提高。并要建立起一套接待、登记答复制度。对所咨询的问题,尽量做到当面答复;不能当面答复的,事后研究答复,使服务工作做得更加扎实。答复咨询越准确,解决的问题越多,档案部门的贡献就越大,威望就越
