大数据是近几年的热词,俨然成了大公司“标配”。而习总书记教导我们要“不忘初心,继续前进”。那么,大数据的初心是什么呢?首先是数据源要大,需要有各个层级和维度的海量数据;只有在“大”的基础上,才能有效挖掘出现象背后的本质,从而探寻潜在的市场需求,有针对性地设计产品,真正实现精准营销。怎样去挖掘市场需求?笔者认为,首先要能分析出消费者的行为偏好,比如,对价格的敏感性、对附加服务的要求、购票的首选途径等等。了解了不同消费者群体的特征,我们开展营销工作就可以更有导向性。而要达到这个目标,我们就需要多个途径获取大量的数据。
