用低温激发的红外电磁波处理小麦种子后,以50%甲醇人工老化,测定种子的质膜透性和幼苗抗衰老指标。结果表明,在距离5cm和10cm处理1hr的种子相对电导率、幼苗O2-含量和膜脂过氧化产物MDA含量均低于对照。发芽率、GI、VI、叶绿素和抗坏血酸含量以及SOD、CAT和POD活性则比对照高,提高了麦苗素质。证明用该治疗器的电磁辐射处理,确具有抗衰老的生理功能。过氧化物酶同工酶的电泳谱带表明,治疗器只产生激发效应,未诱导基因改变。
After wheat seeds were treated with low temperature excited infrared electromagnetic wave, the seedlings were artificially aged with 50% methanol to determine the seed plasma membrane permeability and seedling anti-aging index. The results showed that the relative electrical conductivity, seedling O2- content and membrane lipid peroxidation product MDA content of seeds treated with 5cm and 10cm for 1hr were lower than those of the control. The germination rate, GI, VI, chlorophyll and ascorbic acid content, SOD, CAT and POD activities were higher than those of the control, which improved the quality of wheat germplasm. Prove the treatment of electromagnetic radiation treatment, does have anti-aging physiological function. Electrophoretic bands of peroxidase isozymes showed that the therapeutic device produced only an excitation effect and did not induce a genetic change.
