在我国现有的经济发展体制下,中小企业的发展在社会经济中的占比和地位也越来越高。在企业日常经营活动管理中,经济管理是最为核心的工作。新经济形势必然给中小企业带来了新的发展机遇,通过国家相关统计表明,随着国家各项政策支持力度不断提升,我国中小企业的数量在不断的增加,在经济增长中的分量逐年递增。中小企业要想在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地,必须强化自身的经济管理能力。
