铝合金薄壁件是机械制造重要的材料,被广泛应用于航天、汽车、化工等领域中。但铝合金薄壁件结构复杂、刚性差,加工质量和精度要求高,因此对铸件的熔铸工艺要求比较高。为了探讨高强铝合金薄壁件熔铸的工艺,笔者结合多年工作经验,分析高强铝合金薄壁件的特性和铸造易变因素,提出几点针对性的控制措施,旨在提高铝合金薄壁铸件的质量。
