对于采空区下近距离煤层回采工作面,由于其采场覆岩形成了新的结构,传统确定支架工作阻力的方法不能很好的指导这种情况下工作面的顶板管理。以旺盛煤业近距离煤层采空区下10#煤综采工作面实际条件为背景,通过数值模拟及分析10#煤层垮落高度与煤层间距之间的关系,从理论上给出了支架工作阻力的计算方法,确定了支架合理工作阻力为4 500 kN/架,与现场实测结果接近。
For the coal mining face with close distance under the goaf, the traditional method to determine the working resistance of the support can not guide the roof management of the working face effectively in this case because of the new structure of the overburden strata in the stope. Taking the actual conditions of 10 # fully mechanized coal face under the goaf in the close coal seam of the prosperous coal industry as the background, the relationship between the caving height of 10 # coal seam and the coal seam spacing was analyzed by numerical simulation and the relationship between the caving height and coal seam spacing was given. The calculation method of the resistance shows that the reasonable working resistance of the support is 4 500 kN / frame, which is close to the field measurement.
