镇江自六朝以来,人文荟萃,著作如林,然向无专书著录,而现存地方史志,虽间有“书目”一目,亦皆语焉不详,即或有所著录,而卷数、版本及存佚情况尽付缺如。苦恨历史文化名城竟缺艺文一志以备稽徵,深以为憾。1987年,南师大古文献整理研究所创议编纂《江苏艺文志》,我校中文系即予响应。1990年秋,南师大《江苏艺文志》编纂组来我校商谈分纂《镇江艺文志》事宜,在学校领导的支持下,由杨积庆同志牵头,组成了《江苏艺文志·镇江卷》(包括镇江,丹徒、丹阳、句容)编写组,成员有(姓氏笔画为序):丁福林、吴宗海、杨积庆、祝诚、赵永源、高锋、笪远毅、蒋文野。同时作了具体分工,其中“句容
