为使辖区“4045”大龄就业困难人员、“零就业家庭”成员、未就业高校毕业生、农民工、退役军人等就业困难群体和困难家庭在2013年元旦、春节期间得到切实有效的就业援助和就业服务,兰州市城关区就业局自2012年12月1日至2013年1月31日,集中两个月时间开展了“送温暖、助创业、促就业”为主题的城关“民生就业360”冬季就业援助特别行动,全力实施“岗位招聘、爱心捐助、结对帮扶、全城入户、技能培训、政策落实、关爱农民工、扶持创业”八大行动,特别行动取得了显著成效。
