TRMG型烧嘴是把热交换器(蓄热器)内藏于烧嘴之内的节能型烧嘴,其构成如图1所示。它的最大特点是在烧嘴的本体内,内藏热交换器和废气排气口。其使用效果如下: (1)由于它内藏热交换器,燃烧空气可预热到500℃以上,可取得较大的节能效果; (2)在烧嘴周围没有开口部分,它密封在中间包上,火焰不能外溢,所以,防止了由中间包大量外溢的热损失。另外提高了烧嘴及烧嘴周围机械的寿命,同时改善了作业环境; (3)因为采用流量大的直进火焰,所以中间包底部加热的效率非常高。另外,中
