随着我国园林绿化建设的不断发展,越来越多的园林工程被建设起来,园林成本是园林建设的重要环节。园林绿化施工过程成本控制就是要通过计划、组织、控制和协调等措施实现预定的成本目标,随着国内建设工程的增多以及经济的迅速发展,生态化进程愈来愈受到重视,园林绿化工程的投资比重也逐渐加大。本文主要阐述了园林绿化施工过程中成本控制的意义,并分析了其中存在的一些问题,提出了施工过程成本控制的方法。

This paper mainly elaborates the significance of cost control in the process of landscape construction and analyzes some existing problems, and puts forward the method of cost control in construction process.
