目的观察高频电刀联合光动力治疗尖锐湿疣的近、远期疗效。方法将120例尖锐湿疣患者随机分为两组,实验组采用高频电刀联合光动力治疗,对照组单用高频电刀治疗,观察比较两种方法治疗12周和24周的临床治愈率及HPV转阴率。结果实验组与对照组治疗12周的临床治愈率分别为80.0%和61.7%,差异有显著性(P<0.05);治疗24周的临床治愈率均为100%,无统计学差异;实验组与对照组治疗12周的HPV转阴率分别为36.7%和18.3%,治疗24周的HPV转阴率分别为78.3%和58.3%,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论高频电刀联合光动力治疗尖锐湿疣的近期临床治愈率、近期和远期HPV转阴率均优于单用高频电刀,两种方法均有良好的远期临床治愈率。
Objective To observe the short-term and long-term effects of high-frequency electric knife and photodynamic therapy on condyloma acuminatum. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with condyloma acuminatum were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group was treated with high-frequency electric knife combined with photodynamic therapy. The control group was treated with high-frequency electric knife. The clinical cure rates of the two methods were compared at 12 weeks and 24 weeks And HPV negative rate. Results The clinical cure rates of the experimental group and the control group for 12 weeks were 80.0% and 61.7%, respectively, with significant difference (P <0.05). The clinical cure rates at 24 weeks were all 100% Compared with the control group, the negative conversion rate of HPV was 36.7% and 18.3% respectively for 12 weeks, and the negative conversion rates of HPV for 24 weeks were 78.3% and 58.3%, respectively (all P <0.05). Conclusions The recent clinical cure rate of the combination of high frequency electric knife and photodynamic therapy for condyloma acuminatum is better than the single high frequency electrosurgical knife in short term and long term. Both methods have good long term clinical cure rate.
