在计量装置集中检定模式下,分析了生产调度平台的接口业务流程,设计了生产信息实时监测、过程控制和基础数据同步三类接口模式。实时监测接口实现了计量检定过程的信息监测,过程控制实现了生产过程任务调度,基础数据同步接口实现了不同系统间的数据同步,为实现计量生产调度平台的统一建模和互操作奠定基础。通过现场应用证明了接口设计的可行性。
Under the centralized verification mode of metering device, the interface business process of production scheduling platform is analyzed and three kinds of interface modes of real-time monitoring of production information, process control and basic data synchronization are designed. The real-time monitoring interface realizes the information monitoring in the metrological verification process. The process control realizes the task scheduling in the production process. The basic data synchronization interface realizes the data synchronization between different systems, and lays the foundation for the unified modeling and interoperation of the metrology production scheduling platform. The field application proved the feasibility of interface design.
