通过ANSYS软件对万丈山隧道开挖过程中拱顶及周边的受力、变形进行了研究,并对比指导施工。结果表明:隧道开挖面实际应力与初支混凝土有效强度的最不利比值出现在第9 d,施工进行到第17 d以后,拱顶下沉速率小于0.14 mm/d,周边收敛速率小于0.046 6 mm/d,结合“收敛-约束”原理和规范对于隧道二衬支护时间的确定准则可知,此时为二衬的合理施作时间。
Through the ANSYS software, the stress and deformation of the vault and its surrounding during the excavation of the tunnel in Wanzhangshan were studied, and the construction was compared and inspected. The results show that the most unfavorable ratio of the actual stress of tunnel excavation face to the effective strength of initial concrete appears on the 9th day. After the 17th day of construction, the dome sinking rate is less than 0.14 mm / d and the peripheral convergence rate is less than 0.046 6 mm / d. According to the principle of “Convergence-Constraint” and the criterion for tunnel lining support time, we can see that this time is the reasonable application time of the second lining.
