目的探究消毒供应中心落实优质护理服务的与实践。方法对我院消毒供应中心的工作人员进行规范化护理培训与教育,实施全面的优质护理服务。比较实施前后门诊满意度、病房满意度及手术满意度。结果消毒供应中心通过实施全面的优质护理服务,提高了病房满意度,且门诊满意度也优于实施前,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消毒供应中心实施优质护理服务可以提高各科室工作满意度,将工作积极性提高,提升了工作质量与效率,推进了护理服务质量的提升,值得采用。
Objective To explore the implementation of quality nursing service and practice in disinfection supply center. Methods Standardized nursing training and education for staff in our hospital disinfection supply center, and implemented a comprehensive quality nursing service. Before and after the implementation of outpatient satisfaction, ward satisfaction and surgical satisfaction. Results The disinfection supply center improved the ward satisfaction by implementing a comprehensive quality nursing service, and the outpatient satisfaction was also superior to that before the implementation, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of quality nursing service in the disinfection supply center can improve the job satisfaction of all departments, increase the work enthusiasm, improve the quality and efficiency of work, promote the improvement of nursing service quality, and should be used.
