研制了一种单片机控制的LD特性测试系统。该系统包括1台便携式LD特性测试仪和1套测试软件。测试系统可以运行在4种测试模式下:自动电流控制模式(ACC)、自动功率控制模式(APC)、自动电压控制模式(AVC)和自动背光电流控制模式(AMC);LD驱动电流可实现0~2A连续可调。测试系统同时对温控实现精确的控制,采用软件方法实现Fuzzy+PID调节,并结合积分分离思想,使温度控制快速而有效;采取了软启动控制、断路开关及限流保护的措施,有效地保证了LD的安全。实验表明:测试系统具有智能化程度高、硬件结构简单和使用方便等优点。
Developed a single-chip control of the LD characteristics of the test system. The system includes a portable LD tester and a set of test software. The test system can operate in four test modes: Automatic Current Control (ACC), Automatic Power Control (APC), Automatic Voltage Control (AVC) and Automatic Backlight Current Control (AMC) modes; ~ 2A continuously adjustable. The control system realizes precise control of the temperature control at the same time, adopts software method to realize Fuzzy + PID regulation, and integrates the idea of integral separation to make the temperature control fast and effective. The measures of soft-start control, circuit breaker and current-limit protection are adopted effectively Ensure the safety of LD. Experiments show that: the test system has a high degree of intelligence, hardware structure is simple and easy to use and so on.
