这为小区寻找下一个物业服务企业留下了较为充足的时间,可以保证业主不间断地得到服务,避免了小区处于无人管理的状态。《江苏省物业管理条例》以下简称《条例》,已由江苏省第十一届人民代表大会常务委员会第三十-次会议于2012年11月29日修订通过。自2013年5月1日起施行。经过反复听取意见、调研,召开了无数次座谈会,新《条例》修订内容很多,本人有幸作为企业代表参加了在苏州的调研座谈会,在会上发表的建议和意见也被采纳。
