教育部在高校体育课教学大纲中规定,为了更好地让病残学生参与到体育中来,应对病残学生专门开展保健课。新疆农业大学为了更好地开展保健课,以本校病残学生为研究对象,通过问卷调查法与访谈法进行调查,结果发现特殊学生很少进行体育锻炼并且对体育保健课不感兴趣,原因是教师和家长的不重视以及自卑心理。因此高校对病残学生应强化体育保健知识,培养学生的体育意识;丰富课堂内容,提高学生的参与意识;同时提供场地及器材的使用,加强师资力量,为学生的健康成长提供良好的平台。
The Ministry of Education stipulates in the university physical education syllabus that, in order to better enable the disabled students to participate in sports, the disabled students should be specially trained in health care. Xinjiang Agricultural University in order to better carry out health class, the school disabled students as the research object, through questionnaire survey and interview investigation, found that special students rarely exercise and physical health class is not interested because of the teacher And parents do not attach importance and inferiority. Therefore, colleges and universities should strengthen knowledge of physical health care for students with disabilities, cultivate students’ sports awareness; enrich classroom content and enhance students’ awareness of participation; meanwhile, provide venue and equipment use, strengthen teachers strength and provide a good platform for students’ healthy growth.
