撕裂是伞衣织物和气密胶囊涂覆织物的主要破坏形式之一。从载荷的作用机理和破坏形式分析,撕裂强力是不同于断裂强力的一种材料性能,其表征参数与试验方法相关。通过使用单舌法和梯形法对常用6种伞绸和气密织物的撕裂强力进行测试,并对测试结果进行比较。结果发现,两种方法的测试结果具有一定的线性相关性。试验结果可为今后的设计选材提供参考,便于全面了解材料的性能。
Tearing is one of the major forms of breakdown of umbrella fabric and air-tight capsule-coated fabrics. From the analysis of the mechanism of action and failure mode of load, tearing strength is a kind of material property different from the breaking strength. Its characterization parameters are related to the test method. Tensile strength of six conventional umbrella and air-tight fabrics was tested by single-tongue method and trapezoidal method, and the test results were compared. The results show that the test results of the two methods have a certain linear correlation. The test results can provide a reference for future design and selection of materials, to facilitate a comprehensive understanding of the material performance.
