高含量钛的测定,通常均采用硫酸高铁铵容量法,该方法比较繁琐,且难掌握。本文利用AA86—1A微机与721型分光光度计联机,并采用过氧化氢与钛生成黄色络合物,直接比色测定铌钛,镍钛及钛铁合金中高达50%钛的含量。并探讨了用AA86—1A微机与721型分光光度计联机的最佳测定范围。本方法操作简单,快速、能自动采集,处理分析数据、直接显示和打印分析结果。数据准确,经大量分析数据证明优于高硫酸铵容量法,是日常分析高含量钛的可行方法。
Determination of high levels of titanium, ammonium sulfate are usually used ammonium capacity method, the method is more complicated and difficult to grasp. In this paper, AA86-1A microcomputer and 721 spectrophotometer online, and the use of hydrogen peroxide and titanium to form a yellow complex, direct colorimetric determination niobium titanium, nickel titanium and titanium alloy up to 50% titanium content. The optimal measuring range of the on-line using the AA86-1A microcomputer and the 721 spectrophotometer was discussed. The method is simple, fast, automatic acquisition, processing analysis data, direct display and print analysis results. The data is accurate and proven by extensive analysis of the data to be superior to the high ammonium sulfate capacity method and is a viable method for routine analysis of high levels of titanium.
