目的研究尼尔雌醇对女性更年期综合征患者白细胞雌激素受体的作用机理。方法用放免法的放射配体结合法测定长期服用尼尔雌醇的女性更年期综合征18例血浆FSH、LH、E_2、P和外周血白细胞雌激素的含量变化。结果1.与对照组相比,治疗组血浆FSH、LH浓度明显下降,血浆E_2浓度明显上升,血浆P浓度保持恒定。2.治疗组白细胞雌激素受体含量明显增加。3.不同疗程(6~12个月、13~24个月、>25个月)的血浆FSH、LH、E_2、P和白细胞雌激素受体含量均保持稳定状态。结论1.尼尔雌醇具有较强的雌激素作用,治疗更年期综合征的作用机理可能与E_2相似。2.长期服用尼尔雌醇可使更年期综合征患者内分泌状态趋于稳定,但对血浆P水平无影响。3.尼尔雌醇使患者的白细胞雌激素受体含量增加,可能有利于绝经期妇女免疫功能的改善。
Objective To study the mechanism of nylestriol on leucocyte estrogen receptor in female climacteric syndrome. Methods Radioligand binding assay was used to determine the changes of plasma FSH, LH, E2, P and peripheral blood leukocyte estrogen levels in 18 women with menopausal syndrome who were taking nylestriol for a long time. Results 1. Compared with the control group, the treatment group plasma FSH, LH concentration decreased significantly, plasma E 2 concentration increased significantly, plasma P concentration remained constant. 2. Treatment group leukocyte estrogen receptor content was significantly increased. 3. The levels of FSH, LH, E_2, P and leucocyte estrogen receptor of plasma in different courses (6-12 months, 13-24 months,> 25 months) remained stable. Conclusion 1. Nylestriol has strong estrogen effect, and the mechanism of action to treat menopausal syndrome may be similar to E_2. 2. Long-term use of nilestriol can make the endocrine status of patients with menopausal syndrome tends to be stable, but no effect on plasma P levels. 3. Nilestriol increases leukocyte estrogen receptor levels in patients and may be beneficial to the improvement of immune function in menopausal women.
